The Raines Family. (Another gorgeous family from beautiful KI).

The beautiful Raines family were the first up on my Saturday morning in Kangaroo Island.

The day began calm and overcast, it was just lovely. We went down to the beach at serene Emu Bay where we played on the beach and the kids frolicked in the water. The children were just beautiful and once we got their feet wet, they just relaxed and had fun. It was a lovely way to start the day.

I just wish I had more time to photograph you guys and spending another hour or two with you would have just been amazing, as I had such a great time. To see the kids go from shy to animated was great and I would have loved to photogrpah the playground fun you guys had afterwards.

I hope you enjoy the pics Chris and Mark. It was such a pleasure to meet you both and photograph you and your lovely kiddies.

Trip to KI... The Klaric Family.

I recently was asked by a friend to go to KI to photograph her family, and while I was there maybe I could manage to do a few other families too?  Of course I said I would! My family and I have been meaning to go to KI for a long time but never quite made the committment to go.  This was the little nudge we needed.

We went and spent a few days looking around and enjoying the peace and quiet from out beautiful spot at Emu Bay. My Saturday was spent meeting families and shooting 4 sessions. I was exhausted by the end of the day, I'll admit, but it was so lovely to meet some beautiful KI families. It really was SUCH a pleasure. Shall we do it again next year??

First up The Klaric family... enjoy!! xx

The Beautiful Parkinson Family

I met Lisa at Mathildas Markets where I had a stall late last year. I remembered her children's sparkly eyes, all lit up with cheekiness and fun. I couldn't wait to photograph their family.

We had a shoot including a bit of extended family which was so lovely, in the most lovely of locations, the Barossa Valley.

I hope you enjoy your images Lisa. You have a beautiful, beautiful family. xx
